How many workers does the skewering machine require?
Depending on the skewering machine, on its conveyor length and on food material. In order to achieve the maximum production volume, My20 requires 1 to 2 workers, MUV1 requires 3 to 4 workers.
Can the skewering machines be washed?
Our skewering machines cannot be washed. Trays, Pallets, Food Material Holding Plates can be detached and washed. Some machines have detachable conveyors. For these, conveyor units can be washed once detached. Also, standard type trays cannot be washed with washing machines.
How to do the maintenance?
Periodical maintenance works are not needed. Clean the skewering machine clean daily. This is important for the longevity Any special detergent is not necessary. Do not use hypochlorous products, they damage the machine.
Any limit on how long the skewering machines can be used?
No limit.
Any warming-up operation needed?
No need.
The conveyor speed can be changed?
MUV series machines and MY series machines (My30 and up) have conveyor speed control.
